  Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and certificates are included to maintain product integrity.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a notification and your refund or exchange once our team inspects the returned goods.
